WHAT YOU WILL DO
Be the face of 2886 in-store — educating customers on the brand's making process and philosophy
Build long-term client relationships through consultative, unhurried selling
Manage the day-to-day store experience: merchandising, team, and operations
Lead and mentor a small retail team, instilling product knowledge and brand sensitivity
Track sales performance and share weekly insights with the founding team
WHO YOU ARE
4–7 years in premium or luxury retail, with leadership experience
A natural storyteller — you make craftsmanship vivid and compelling, never transactional
Aesthetically attuned, with a personal appreciation for quality over quantity
Comfortable in a small, founder-led environment where your work is seen and valued
Knowledge of Indian textile traditions is a meaningful advantage
