Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in New Delhi. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading and motivating a team to maintain store standards, resolving customer concerns, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with pet products or previous experience in the pet retail industry is a plus
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory oversight and sales planning
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and improve operational effectiveness
- Leadership and problem-solving skills for managing a team and resolving store-related challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
