Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager, based in New Delhi. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, monitoring store performance, ensuring effective merchandising, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies to maintain operational integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Proficient in Store Management and Retail Operations, including inventory tracking and team supervision.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention techniques to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth in a retail setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
