Role Description
The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, efficient store management, and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention practices, and driving sales performance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs effectively and enhance their shopping experience.
- Proficient in Store Management, including maintaining financial records, managing inventory, and overseeing day-to-day retail operations.
- Communication skills to effectively lead and motivate staff, as well as interact with customers.
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure the security of products and minimize shrinkage.
- Leadership experience in retail environments, with a focus on team supervision and achieving business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of organic products or sustainable food practices is an advantage.
