Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, ensure exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and lead the store team. Responsibilities also include ensuring optimal store performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining merchandise displays that drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Store Management
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
