Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations while ensuring efficiency and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining optimal product displays, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and driving sales performance. The individual will also work closely with team members to address customer concerns and foster a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with team members and customers
- Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision and managing daily operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and reduce shrinkage
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement
- Proficiency in retail software and technology is a plus
- Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related discipline is preferred
