Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Retail Store Manager at our Rajouri Garden showroom. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales targets for our bespoke menswear collections. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining optimal store performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and creating a luxury shopping experience for our clients. The role requires supervising fabric and garment inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a motivated team environment focused on sartorial excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders

- Proven experience in Store Management, with the ability to meet sales goals and optimize store operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills to foster a positive and productive workplace
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities to ensure efficient store operations
- Previous experience in the retail sector, particularly in high-end or luxury fashion, is advantageous
