Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager, located in Muzaffarnagar. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing store staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. You will be a key driver of maintaining quality service standards and fostering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in managing a food or bakery store is a plus
