Job Description – Store Manager

Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning, , maintaining visual standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance
- Sales & payment records .
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or escalations professionally
- Monitor store expenses and optimize operational costs
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of systems and reporting tools
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, store management & fashion industry
