About The Role
We are hiring a
Retail Store Executive who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving store sales, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide styling suggestions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Stay updated on latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures.
Key Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in retail / apparel / fashion industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail sales and store operations.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in fashion or apparel retail brands.
- Interest in styling and customer engagement.
