About the Role
The Cosmic Connect is looking for a Retail Specialist to join our team in Vikaspuri, West Delhi, Delhi, India. We are seeking someone who is confident, customer-focused, well-presented, and passionate about creating a warm and positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and queries
- Guide customers on crystals, gemstones, and holistic wellness products
- Maintain product displays and store presentation
- Support day-to-day retail operations, stock handling, and customer service
- Contribute to store sales through attentive and personalized assistance
- Share information about The Cosmic Connect’s products, services, and courses
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the wellness and spiritual retail space
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, if required
Preferred
- Knowledge of crystals, healing stones, gemstones, or holistic wellness products will be preferred
- Experience in boutique, lifestyle, wellness, jewellery, or gifting retail is an added advantage
