Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Specialist based in South Delhi. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing in-depth product knowledge, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining an organized sales floor, and contributing to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Retail Sales and a strong understanding of Product Knowledge to effectively assist and guide customers.
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and team members professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail would be an advantage.
