Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Retail Sales Person role based in Gurugram. The Retail Sales Person will assist customers with their grooming and product needs, provide in-depth knowledge about the product range, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain the store's operational standards. The role involves engaging with customers to deliver personalized recommendations and foster a positive in-store experience while achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent verbal Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and results driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively
- Previous experience in the grooming or personal care industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales is a bonus
