Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Chennai. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining an in-depth understanding of product offerings, handling transactions, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers within the store environment.
Qualifications
- Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet or exceed sales goals and drive revenue
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build positive customer relationships
- Strong understanding of Product Knowledge in wristwatches and accessories
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain store standards
- Educational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail sales is advantageous
