As we continue to expand our offline presence, we’re looking for people who can bring the brand to life in-store and create meaningful customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an appealing store environment that reflects the brand’s image and values.
Role: Retail Salesperson
Location: DLF Summit Plaza (Gurugram), DLF Avenue (Saket, Delhi), GK, N Block (Delhi)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
3) Achieve individual and store sales targets.
4) Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support effective selling.
5) Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
6) Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
7) Manage stock levels, assist in inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
8) Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
9) Support store operations including housekeeping, replenishment, and display management.
10) Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand values at all times.
