Role Description This full-time, on-site Retail Sales Specialist role is based in Koch Bihar. The Retail Sales Specialist will welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate Apple products and solutions. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and supporting customers with basic setup and usage guidance. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, and ensuring accurate billing and inventory handling. The specialist will provide after-sales assistance, coordinate with service teams when needed, and participate in in-store events or training sessions to promote Apple products and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage customers professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales capabilities, including consultative selling and achieving sales targets in a store environment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Product Knowledge of Apple devices, accessories, and software, with the ability to explain features clearly.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for explaining technical concepts in simple terms and collaborating with team members.
- Previous experience in retail, technology, or consumer electronics sales is preferred.
- Comfort with using Apple products and willingness to stay updated on new releases and features.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or technology is an advantage.
