Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves engaging with customers on the showroom floor, understanding their needs, and offering suitable jewellery products while maintaining a high standard of service. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, answering customer inquiries, supporting closing of sales, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The Retail Sales Specialist will also assist with visual merchandising, stock checks, and maintaining a clean and organized display area. The role requires consistent collaboration with team members to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive store environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to explain product details clearly and handle customer queries confidently.
- Candidates should possess sound Product Knowledge, ideally in jewellery or luxury goods, and a willingness to continuously learn about collections and trends.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail or luxury sales, basic computer and POS skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, integrity in handling high-value items, and flexibility to work weekends and peak seasons.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
