Role Description
The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily operations within the sales department, working to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include managing retail sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and training sales staff to improve performance. The role also involves strategizing to optimize customer experience and researching market trends to implement effective sales practices. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Omalur.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Retail Sales and Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience and fostering long-term client relationships
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in team management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in retail operations or FMCG is a plus
