- Position: Relationship Manager β LAP
- Grade: M2 / M3
- Location: Bangalore.
- Channel: DSA Channel
- Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
- CTC: As per industry standards
π― Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for LAP products
- Lead and manage a channels retail DSA and Corporate DSA connectors to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance, etc.)
- On board new DSA and train product Build and strengthen relationships with DSA partners.
- Ensure achievement of channels sales targets and business growth
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through NPS metrics
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and technical teams for smooth processing
- Drive cross-sell opportunities including CASA and TPP products insurance credit card.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria
π Graduate
π Minimum 2+ years of experience in Secured Lending / LAP / DSA / Open Market sourcing
π€ Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management skills
π Knowledge of secured banking products will be an added advantage
