Role Description
The Retail Sales Head is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the retail sales initiatives across IDC’s brands. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Retail Sales Head will oversee the sales team, analyze market trends, evaluate performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, the role includes engaging with customers, building client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.
The role will require the candidate to travel on a regular basis to all the locations where the company has retail presence and to other locations of opportunity for the company to expand its business interests.

Offered Salary: 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 Per Month
Experience Required: 10 - 11 years
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Retail Sales and Sales strategy development and execution
- Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and sales forecasting
- Experience in Team Management and leadership to guide and optimize team performance effectively
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service to ensure a superior customer experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field
