Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive at Zishta in Hyderabad. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for sales, customer service, communication, and relationship building on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Excellence in Customer handling and service and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience interacting with Zishta.
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Relationship Building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Knowledge of traditional Indian crafts and products is a plus
Desired Qualification
- Proven work experience of 2-3 years in retail sales.
- Understanding of the retail sales process·
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and capable of building trusting relationships. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments·
- Should be able to speak well in English & Telugu
- Qualification: Any graduate
Monday to Sunday. And a weekday is comp off. Timing : 10:30 AM to 8 PM
CTC: 2.2 - 2.4 Lakhs Per Annum + Sales Incentives.
