Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive, located in Thane. The Retail Sales Executive will assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, ensure inventory levels are maintained, and proactively promote ProteinMart’s range of products. The role also includes developing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet retail targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to achieve store targets and drive revenue
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively and provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Basic understanding of nutrition and fitness products is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in an on-site retail setting
