We are hiring Sales Executives for retail jewellery roles across Gurgaon and Bangalore locations.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Minimum 2 years of experience (Jewellery background preferred)
• Strong sales orientation and customer-handling skills
Roles & Responsibilities
• Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements
• Showcase jewellery collections and explain product details confidently
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
• Maintain showroom standards, hygiene, and visual merchandising
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a premium shopping experience
• Support team members to drive overall store performance
Compensation
• ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 (in-hand)
• Performance-based incentives
