Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards, and building strong customer relationships to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires active participation in inventory management and overall contribution to the store’s growth and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
- Strong abilities in Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Excellent Communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- Prior experience in retail or the fashion/lifestyle industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented personality
