A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in identifying their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The role requires maintaining updated knowledge of all products, promotions, and pricing while working towards achieving sales targets. Retail Sales Executives handle billing and transactions accurately, ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is attractively displayed, and support marketing and promotional activities within the store. They are expected to provide excellent customer service, resolve queries or complaints effectively, and collect valuable customer feedback to improve service quality. Additionally, they contribute to inventory management by reporting stock levels, participate in stock counts, and coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams. Retail Sales Executives play a key role in building customer relationships, promoting repeat business, and supporting the overall store objectives set by the management.
