Role Description
The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. Responsibilities include assisting customers, driving sales, handling billing and POS transactions, maintaining store displays and inventory, and delivering an excellent shopping experience while supporting store operations and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong retail sales and customer service skills.
- Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic POS, billing, and numerical skills.
- Experience in fashion or ethnic retail is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in commerce, marketing, or retail management is preferred.
