Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive at our airport store located in Indore. The Retail Sales Executive will assist customers, maintain product displays, address queries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing inventory, building customer relationships, and maintaining the store's visual standards. The role requires a proactive and customer-centric attitude to reflect Kimirica's values and commitment to an exceptional retail experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Retail Sales and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Relationship Building to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Effective Communication and Sales acumen to engage customers and recommend products
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive store environment
- Previous retail experience, especially in luxury or lifestyle sectors, is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
