Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant based in Ahmedabad. The consultant will provide exceptional customer service, guide clients in selecting jewellery for their needs, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in the store. Core responsibilities include assisting customers, delivering product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the visual aesthetics of the retail space. The role also involves offering personalized consultation to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Experience and Customer Service
- Proven dedication to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and an understanding of luxury products or jewellery sales is a plus
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is advantageous
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Sales, Retail Management, or a related field
