JUSTDOGS is India's leading pet retail chain, offering premium pet food, accessories, grooming, veterinary services, and expert advice to pet parents. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and are comfortable working around pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their pets and deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Manage store inventory, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock checks.
- Coordinate and process online orders, home deliveries, and order fulfillment.
- Schedule and manage pet grooming (spa) appointments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Work closely with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling and interacting with dogs and cats.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn POS and inventory systems.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
