Role Description
This full-time position as a Retail Sales Associate at our Thanjavur location involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store displays, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also develop product knowledge to guide customers effectively and meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and the ability to confidently present features and benefits to customers
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and scheme pitch techniques and achieving sales targets
- Excellent Communication and active listening skills
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience
- Proven ability in Sales to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with modern POS systems or sales software
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus up
