Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant located in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring excellent customer experiences, managing in-store sales, maintaining product displays, and meeting sales targets. The position also entails providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting overall store operations to drive success.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to deliver a welcoming and supportive shopping environment
- Retail Sales and Sales skills to effectively promote and sell products
- Strong Communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
