Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant at our Bengaluru location. The Retail Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting products, and offer solutions tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining the sales floor, stocking products, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience management to build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to articulate product information and assist customers effectively
- Experience in Retail Sales and Sales to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in the tile or home décor industry is an advantage
