Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant at our Bengaluru location. The Retail Sales Assistant will engage with customers to provide tailored styling advice, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selections, managing sales transactions, maintaining the store's visual presentation, and contributing to a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide a personalized and memorable shopping journey.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and share product knowledge clearly and professionally.
- Proven Retail Sales and Sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional appearance and a passion for fashion and customer-oriented attitudes are essential.
- Prior experience in the fashion retail industry, especially with luxury clothing, is a plus.
- Flexibility and availability to work during weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
