Position Title: Retail Sales Assistant & Billing Executive – Pet Store & Pharmacy

Role Summary:

The Retail Sales & Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations, retail sales, and supporting pharmacy operations while ensuring a smooth client experience within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service
• Assist customers with product information and purchase of products and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately using the checkout system
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with doctors, lab, and reception teams
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets

About You

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
• Experience in a similar retail environment
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in retail or sales required
• A positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Be computer literate and knowledge of the latest billing software will be a plus point.
• Strong Communication Skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
• Experience using a POS system and handling cash
• Experience with Sales targets and KPI's
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
• Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
