Role: Retail Project Manager

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of new store locations, including construction, fit-outs, and final handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the cost guardrails defined by the organization.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless alignment and execution across all project stages.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including landlords, contractors, and vendors to ensure timelines and budgets are adheredto.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant local regulations and statutory requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. Support store managers and retail teams during the store launch phase and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team post-launch.
- Bring an understanding of fashion retail environments and aesthetics (preferred).
- Demonstrate working knowledge of project tools and technologies such as AutoCAD.
- Maintain strong relationships with project vendors and contractors to support high-quality, timely, and cost-effective store expansion across cities in India.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Should be an Architect and can work in autocad / coral draw tools.
- 6–10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in project management and at least 3 years in retail.
- Strong leadership and execution capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working within India and familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
