Role Overview
The Projects Lead will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of
retail store fit-out projects across locations. This role will ensure cost optimization, efficient
vendor management, adherence to timelines, and high-quality execution aligned with the
brand’s design standards and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of new store fit-outs, renovations, and refurbishments.
• Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize fit-out costs.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Manage vendor sourcing, onboarding, and performance.
• Oversee civil, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, and signage installation.
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality and execution standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely handover of stores to retail operations.
Cost Optimization & Budget Management
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Track actual costs vs budget.
• Standardize materials and vendors.
• Achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Vendor Management
• Build and maintain vendor network across regions.
• Evaluate vendor performance.
• Ensure vendors meet timelines and quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• On-time store delivery

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in retail fit-outs or interior execution.
• Experience managing multiple store projects.
