Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Retail Professional. The Retail Professional will interact with customers to provide exceptional service, assist in making product selections, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing inventory, handling transactions efficiently, and upholding Mokobara's commitment to creating a vibrant and welcoming store environment. The role also entails achieving sales targets and contributing to brand awareness efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to engage with clients and ensure positive in-store experiences.
- Experience in sales and an ability to meet and exceed sales goals through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques.
- Attention to detail, organization, and inventory management skills to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
- Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused mindset to align with Mokobara's brand philosophy.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Passion for travel and knowledge of lifestyle products is a plus.
