We are looking for a Retail Product Merchandiser to join our team and play a key role in managing product launches, inventory, and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for someone who understands retail merchandising, enjoys working with numbers and product planning, and has a strong eye for detail.
You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely production, well-planned launches, and optimal inventory levels across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on product development and production timelines
- Drive new product launches and ensure timely availability of merchandise
- Manage reorders and replenishment planning based on sales performance
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain healthy stock levels
- Conduct sales analysis to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and demand trends
- Prepare regular reports on sales and inventory performance
- Support merchandising decisions through data-driven insights
- Ensure smooth coordination between vendors, warehouse, and retail/e-commerce teams
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, product planning, or buying
- Preferably from the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
