Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Planner based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Retail Planner will be responsible for demand forecasting, analyzing sales trends, inventory management, and optimizing stock levels to meet customer needs. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability while achieving financial objectives and supporting operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in demand forecasting
- Experience in Demand Planning and Inventory Management processes
- Retail experience and understanding of customer buying patterns
- Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing market needs
- Experience in merchandising planning or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
