Role Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Operations Executive to manage and monitor the overall operations across multiple Woloo retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have a solid retail background with proven experience in multi-store management, staff handling, inventory control, sales monitoring, and daily reporting. This is a field-intensive role that requires regular travel to store locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all assigned retail stores.
- Conduct regular store visits for audits, performance reviews, and operational compliance.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or escalations at store level.
- Monitor store cleanliness, maintenance, customer service quality, and SOP adherence.
Team & Staff Supervision
- Manage store staff across locations; ensure proper shift planning and staffing levels.
- Train and support the team on company policies, service standards, and operational processes.
- Evaluate staff performance and assist HR in managing team productivity and discipline.
Inventory & Stock Oversight
- Supervise store-level inventory management including stock inward, outward, and transfers.
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment and timely delivery.
- Conduct physical stock checks and ensure accurate reporting and zero pilferage.
Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Track and report store-wise sales performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Set and monitor daily targets in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with store staff to improve footfall conversion and overall customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and share detailed daily operational reports, including sales, staff attendance, inventory movement, and any on-ground issues.
- Provide input on process improvements and contribute to smoother store operations.
Travel & On-Ground Execution
- Regularly travel to stores for hands-on supervision, audits, and troubleshooting.
- Support new store setups and assist with operational readiness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in retail store operations (handling multiple stores preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent team handling and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, POS operations, and stock control
- Ability to multitask and travel frequently
- Proficient in MS Excel and daily report preparation
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
