We are looking for an experienced Manager – DTC (EBO & Own Website) to lead retail operations across our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Madame Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations across 15–30+ EBOs.
- Drive store productivity through ABP, UPT, ATV, Conversion & Revenue/Sq. Ft.
- Monitor inventory, sell-through, replenishment, markdowns & inventory ageing.
- Ensure SOP compliance, store audits and operational excellence.
- Coordinate new store launches and operational readiness.
- Prepare and present MIS, operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Support DTC website operations including product availability, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Managed 15–30+ EBOs, driving ABP, UPT, ATV, conversion, and revenue. Oversaw inventory, replenishment, SOP compliance, audits, store launches, MIS reporting, and supported DTC operations through inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, store operations, MIS and team management.
- Experience with Shopify/DTC website operations will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Willingness to travel 8–10 days per month
