Key Responsibilities: -
🔹 Drive operational excellence and improve store productivity
🔹 Ensure SOP adherence through audits, KPIs, and standardised processes
🔹 Enable sales growth via CRM, loyalty programs & alternate channels
🔹 Lead in‑store marketing, pop‑ups, and retail partnerships
🔹 Drive adoption of digital platforms (Salesforce, Wooqer, Sales Buddy)
🔹 Leverage dashboards and insights to guide performance actions
🔹 Support planning, forecasting, promotions & frontline incentives
What we’re looking for
✅ 2 - 6 years of experience in retail operations
✅ Strong analytical skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
✅ Hands‑on, self‑driven, execution‑focused mindset
✅ Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
