Job Summary:
We are hiring a Retail Operations Executive to manage end-to-end customer engagement for healthcare services. The role involves handling leads, converting bookings, coordinating with diagnostic centers, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and convert leads for health checkup bookings
- Handle customer queries related to medical services
- Coordinate with diagnostic centers for appointments & reports
- Work with digital marketing team on leads & campaigns
- Generate MIS reports and performance analysis
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Retail / Customer Service / Healthcare
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in sales conversion and customer handling
