🚨 We Are Hiring 🚨
We are seeking a Retail MIS & Cash Reconciliation Executive for our multi-store retail business. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that daily store sales, stock movement, and money received are accurately matched and reported.
Key responsibilities include:
📌 Checking daily sales reports from all stores
📌 Matching POS billing with cash, card, UPI, and bank settlements
📌 Reconciling money received versus sales reported
📌 Tracking shortages, excess cash, returns, exchanges, and discounts
📌 Matching stock sold with billing and stock movement
📌 Preparing daily store-wise MIS reports
📌 Highlighting any mismatch, wrong reporting, or pending settlement
📌 Coordinating with store managers, warehouse, and accounts team
📌 Maintaining reports for claims, damages, stock differences, and reconciliation
The ideal candidate should have experience in retail MIS, cash reconciliation, POS reports, Excel/Google Sheets, stock reporting, and accounts coordination. Experience in apparel, bags, luggage, cosmetics, lifestyle retail, or multi-store retail operations will be preferred.
