Role Description The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for supporting the visual and product merchandising of the store, ensuring collections are displayed clearly and attractively. Day-to-day tasks include arranging and replenishing merchandise, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the sales team on best-selling items, and assisting in creating seasonal or event-based displays. The role involves interacting with customers on the sales floor when needed, gathering feedback on products, and supporting basic sales activities. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with core responsibilities performed on-site and some planning or coordination tasks completed from home.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with shoppers and team members.
