Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring product displays are visually appealing, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing consumer behavior to make product recommendations, collaborating with suppliers, managing inventory, and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales. The role requires close coordination with the sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal product placement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and assist customers.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to enhance store performance and meet sales targets.
- Understanding of Marketing principles to support promotional campaigns and product placement strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt merchandising plans effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining inventory records and organizational skills to handle operational tasks.
- Experience in the fashion or footwear industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
