Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to lead retail marketing initiatives for Brand stores across key malls and high-street locations. The ideal candidate will have strong mall relationships, event planning experience, and expertise in community-led activations to drive footfall, brand visibility, and sales growth.
This role requires someone who cn manage mall partnerships, local marketing, store events, and brand collaborations while ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Key Responsibilities: Mall Relations & Partnerships
● Build and maintain strong relationships with mall marketing teams and leasing teams
● Leverage existing contacts with key malls to secure:
○ Marketing support
○ Event spaces
○ Branding opportunities
○ Digital screen placements
● Coordinate with malls for seasonal campaigns, sale periods, and store promotions
Retail Marketing Execution
● Plan and execute store-level marketing campaigns
● Drive footfall growth through local marketing initiatives
● Ensure brand visibility inside malls and high-street locations
● Coordinate with VM, store teams, and central marketing
Events & Activations
● Plan and execute:
○ Store launch events
○ Mall events
○ Sneaker drops
○ Community meetups
○ College / events
● Manage vendors, agencies, and event partners
