Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns to drive store traffic, sales, and customer
engagement
Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of in-
store promotions and visual merchandising
Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) including signage, displays, standees, flyers,
and in-store branding
Support new store launches, store refurbishments, and seasonal campaigns
Work closely with central marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align retail
initiatives with brand objectives
Track and analyze store-level performance metrics such as footfall, conversion rates,
and campaign ROI
Manage vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, logistics, and installations
Monitor competitor activities and retail trends to identify improvement opportunities
Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Store
Marketing
Strong understanding of offline marketing and in-store consumer behavior
Experience working with retail operations, franchise partners, or field teams
Excellent coordination, communication, and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple stores, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Basic analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness
Willingness to travel to retail locations as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-brand retail, D2C offline expansion, FMCG, fashion, or
lifestyle brands
Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
Familiarity with CRM or loyalty programs
Experience managing regional or national retail campaigns
Understanding of local marketing and BTL activities
Budget for this role is 6.5 LPA to 7.25 LPA
