Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Offline Retail Marketing Manager. The Offline Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven marketing strategies for offline retail channels. This includes designing campaigns, managing brand promotions, coordinating with sales teams to achieve revenue goals, and overseeing retail projects to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, building vendor relationships, and contributing to overall brand development.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Retail Marketing to develop and execute effective strategies
- Experience in Project Management to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Expertise in Sales and Brand Management to drive revenue growth while maintaining a consistent brand identity
- Proficiency in data analysis, communication, and customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality or cosmetics industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
