About the Role
- Suta is looking for a Retail Marketing Generalist who thrives on execution. This role is ideal for someone who can drive retail marketing initiatives, build strong influencer relationships, and create impactful campaigns with limited budgets. If you're resourceful, street-smart, and know how to get things done, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns across Suta stores.
- Lead influencer outreach and collaborations, identifying the right creators for store launches, campaigns, and community events.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and local communities to drive brand visibility.
- Negotiate collaborations, with a strong focus on barter partnerships and cost-effective marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate in-store branding, visual merchandising, events, and promotional activations.
- Work closely with store teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Support new store launches and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing collateral and activations.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve impact.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in retail marketing.
- Hands on experience in influencer marketing and creator collaborations is essential.
- Experience working with a retail brand is mandatory.
- Experience in the apparel or fashion industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Highly resourceful, street-smart, and execution-oriented.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact campaigns with minimal budgets through barter, partnerships, and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
